Participants will learn how the Superintendent/Administration and Board of Education work together to approve a balanced budget.
Participants will come to understand how it is important for the District to plan three separate budget options due to uncertainty of school funding from the State of Michigan.
Participants will learn how they can put “students first” by aligning district budgetary priorities with programs, models, and initiatives that lead to increased student growth and achievement.
Participants will learn how Dearborn Public Schools has added to the fund balance through the budgetary process and Superintendent Goals.
Participants will come to understand how it is important for the Administration to plan three separate budget options due to uncertainty of school funding from the State of Michigan.
