Erica Luce is the manager of the Adult Education team within the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, Workforce Development. Erica has over 20 years of experience in workforce development, including 19 years in adult education. Erica has spent the majority of her career working on initiatives and efforts to increase access to services for adult learners in Michigan and strengthen the collaboration between adult education providers and workforce development partners.

Erica graduated with honors from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Economics.
