Amy Conway, Ed.S., is an accomplished educator with over two decades of experience. Amy’s educational journey has been diverse, encompassing roles as an elementary teacher, a Reading Recovery teacher/literacy coach, an elementary principal, and an Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum before becoming the Superintendent of Gibraltar School District (GSD). Since assuming the role of Superintendent at GSD, she and her team have been instrumental in propelling the district to new heights through GSD’s innovative and forward-thinking initiatives, including creating a cutting-edge STEM school. Amy is also the Chair of the Professional Growth and Learning Committee (PGLC) for the Michigan Association of School Administrators (MASA). She firmly believes that innovation, including the integration of AI, is the key to preparing students for success in a fiercely competitive global marketplace. including creating a cutting-edge STEM school.
